Quiet resort on a secluded beach. The room was spacious with good air conditioning. Daily service was great. The bathroom is great with a great shower stream with nice pressure, a little bit outdated but still great. The mattress is on the hard side but was comfortable. Pillow (4) in the room are just a regular pillows The hotel staff is courteous and friendly. Special thank you to the front desk: very knowledgeable and super accommodating, always planning ahead. You can order a taxi, a car with a driver, or a moto scooter. Excursions as well. Free breakfast is sufficient and tasty The restaurant is good. Food is tailored to Europeans with local specifics. The restaurant staff is friendly and the service is fast. They were able to accommodate a group of 10 easily.

We just loved our stay here at Eco Beach Resort! The entire area is beautifully set up, quiet and very relaxing. The pool and private beach were never too crowed and well maintained. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea and beach, food was delicious and the stafff was impecably friendly and professional. We liked the beach so much that we decided against visiting other beaches on the island and spend our two days on the island almost entirely here. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Perhaps noteworthy is that the bathrooms have an open area which helps with the hot humid climate. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we could book our transport to our next destination with them. 100 % recommend!

The detached bungalows are spread around the hill with the more expensive ones closer to the sea. The rooms at the side of the pool seem to have less privacy on the terrace. Our bungalow with (partly) sea view was perfect. There are few moderate restaurants just outside the resort. It makes sense to arrange one’s own transportation. Taxi’s to the island’s center are bit expensive. We rented a scooter at the reception against reasonable cost.

We loved the tranquility, our room looking out to the beach (with the sound of the waves as we went to sleep), amazing infinity pool, beautiful gardens, lovely spa where I had a wonderful massage, peace and quiet, delicious food. We enjoyed walking along the beach beyond the hotel - there was a little litter but the joy of having the beach to ourselves to walk along, paddling in the waves, far outweighed any negatives. It was a magical escape from reality!
